Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all purchases from krevoai.xyz.
Digital goods
Our products are digital and are delivered instantly, so all sales are generally final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind or accidental purchase.
When we do refund
We will refund or replace your order if:
- you were charged but never received access to your download, and we cannot resolve it; or
- the product is materially broken, corrupt, or not as described on its product page, and we cannot provide a working version.
How to request
Email support@krevoai.xyz within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the problem. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Cancellations
Because access is granted immediately, an order cannot be cancelled once payment is complete. If payment failed or is pending, no order is created and nothing is charged.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay, normally within 5–7 business days after approval.
