Krevo AI (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates krevoai.xyz and sells digital products — AI prompt libraries, website and store templates, and design assets. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

Account & order details — your name, email address, and phone/WhatsApp number when you place an order or create an account.
Payment information — payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card, UPI, or bank details; Razorpay handles them under its own security standards (PCI-DSS).
Usage data — basic analytics such as pages visited and referral source, used to improve the store.
Affiliate data — if you join our partner programme, the details you submit plus click and sale data for your referral link.

How we use it

To deliver your purchases and give you access to your downloads and account.
To send order confirmations, receipts, and account or support emails.
To send product news or offers only if you opt in — you can unsubscribe any time.
To prevent fraud and meet legal and tax obligations.

Sharing

We share data only with the providers that run the store: Razorpay (payments), our email/SMTP provider (transactional email), and our hosting provider. We do not sell your personal data.

Retention

We keep order and account records for as long as needed for support, warranty, accounting, and legal compliance.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data by writing to support@krevoai.xyz. Deleting your account does not remove records we are legally required to keep.

Cookies

We use cookies for the shopping cart, login sessions, and affiliate referral tracking. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though the cart and login will then stop working.
